COVID-19: Update for our Clients

To help protect our staff and clients, we are regularly reviewing our plans to deal with the impact of COVID-19 following the latest Government and SA Health guidance. We have taken steps to minimise the impact on our business, while also enabling us to continue to provide the best possible support to our clients.

Client and Employee Care

The health and well-being of our staff and clients remain our top priority. Everyone needs to play their part to slow the spread of the infection and to look after their own health. We are ensuring that we take a sensible and pragmatic approach to contain any risk of spreading the infection.

Communication

We are providing regular updates and guidance to all of our staff, clients, suppliers and visitors to our offices to ensure they understand the risks and how to mitigate against them.

Continuity of Service

Our priority is clear: we’re here to support you more than ever. It’s business as usual and we are here to assist in any way we can.    Staff at DFK Gray Perry are able to work remotely as a result of strong, reliable and secure IT infrastructure. Therefore, we are well placed to provide a continuity of service.  Inevitably, there will be a reduction in the number of face-to-face meetings and travel, but we have a range of tools and technologies available to enable us to interact with our teams and clients remotely.  We would like to extend an invitation to all our clients, personal or business, who are concerned about potential impacts and how to navigate their way through this period to get in touch.

We are also part of the DFK International network, with 14 firms based across Australia and New Zealand; which provides further support and backup to help minimise disruption.
